• Client contact: We confirm appointment date/time and access instructions (gates, codes, pets).

• Scope review: Confirm areas to be cleaned, special requests, and priority items (e.g., debris near play areas, fragile plants).

• Safety & restrictions: Note underground utilities, sprinkler heads, or sensitive surfaces.

Arrival & Site Assessment

• On arrival, crew leader inspects the property with the client when possible.

• Identify hazards (fallen limbs, unstable trees, animal waste), delicate plantings, and hardscape features.

• Confirm any items to be left in place, set aside for disposal, or returned to the client.

Setup & Protection

• Establish a work zone and place safety signage if needed.

• Protect ornamental beds, newly planted areas, outdoor furniture, and exterior surfaces with tarps or temporary barriers.

• Mark or cover sprinkler heads, irrigation lines, and electrical outlets to avoid equipment damage.

Debris Removal & Sorting

• Remove large debris first: branches, fallen trees, construction waste, large rocks.

• Hand-rake and collect leaves, grass clippings, small twigs, and seed heads from beds, lawn, patios, and gutters.

• Sort materials on-site: compostable yard waste separated from construction debris or trash; recyclable materials set aside.

Edging, Mowing & Trimming (if included)

• Mow lawn to agreed height, bagging clippings if requested or leaving as mulch when appropriate.

• Edge along sidewalks, driveways, beds, and hardscapes for a clean boundary.

• Trim overgrown shrubs, remove spent annuals, and prune small branches to tidy up appearance while preserving plant health.

Bed Cleanup & Mulch Management

• Clear beds of weeds, dead foliage, and debris.

• Fluff or redistribute existing mulch; remove compacted or contaminated mulch if necessary.

• Install fresh mulch (if requested) to specified depth and rake to a neat finish.

Hardscape & Surface Cleaning

• Blow or sweep patios, decks, walkways, and driveways to remove debris and leaves.

• Clear gutters of leaves and small debris (if included in service) and spot-clean porch and entryways.

• Remove cobwebs and debris from low roof eaves and exterior light fixtures where safe to reach.

Detail Work & Final Touches

• Hand-prune small plants and remove spent blooms.

• Collect and remove pet waste discovered in lawn areas.

• Reposition garden ornaments and outdoor furniture to their original places (unless instructed otherwise).

• Final blow-through of the entire yard for a consistent, tidy appearance.

Waste Removal & Disposal

• Load and remove all collected waste from the property the same day whenever possible.

• Yard waste is taken to appropriate composting or green-waste facilities; non-compliant or hazardous materials are disposed of according to local regulations.

• Client is informed of disposal method upon request.

Post-service Walkthrough & Client Approval

• Crew leader conducts a walkthrough with the client (or leaves a summary photo if client is not present).

• Point out major tasks completed and note any items requiring follow-up or additional services.

• Obtain client approval or feedback and document any requests for future visits.

Billing & Follow-up

• Provide a clear invoice detailing services performed, any additional charges, and next recommended service interval.

• Offer maintenance recommendations (seasonal pruning, fertilization, aeration) based on property condition.

• Schedule or confirm the next cleanup if on a recurring plan.

Safety, Standards & Customization

• All crew members follow safety protocols and carry appropriate PPE and tools.

• Equipment used is selected to minimize damage to turf and plantings.

• Services are customized to the property and client preferences; items can be added or omitted by prior agreement.
